You may have read our theme blog about first impressions and how they matter. If not, we’ll give you a short gist: we all judge a book by its cover.
We like to tell ourselves that we don’t, but the reality is, we’ll analyse something or someone from head to toe and left to right for only a matter of seconds and decide on the spot if it’s ‘for us’ or not. Similarly, potential new audiences will have a glance at your website, social media or reviews, and decide if they should give you a chance for an in-person visit.
Harsh, we know. But why should you worry if your online image is on point?
In this workshop, we’ll work together to make sure that for your audiences, it’s a match at first sight. We’ll talk about your copy, tone, images, communication channels and accessibility, all the important bits that shine a light on who you are and who you’re for.
When: Thursday 17th June from 11.00 to 12.00
