Improve Your Evaluation

Please note: We've unfortunately had to postpone this event, but we're working hard to get an alternative date at a similar day/time. Apologies for the short notice.

Evaluating events, exhibitions, shows, or your overall organisational impact can be challenging. How do you ask the right questions in the right ways? Fiona Bell will show you how to pinpoint the right data sources and methods to get useful feedback for yourself and your funders.

This session will be a hands-on workshop looking at your own organisation's evaluation methods and data sources - places are limited to 12 people. You'll look at things like:

  • How you can make the most of what you already collect.
  • How to make tweaks to make your evaluation more interesting.
  • Questioning what you already collect and why - what does it tell you vs. what you need to know?
  • Think you have no data? - we'll help you find the information that's already sitting there ready for you to use.

By the end of the session, you'll walk away with new ideas and sources of information about your own organisation.
