Fleur Mellor
Fleur’s background as a professional dancer working in the commercial, corporate and theatrical sectors has informed her career as a Choreographer & Producer.
Her emphasis is on live work with strong theatrical influences, be it for a musical, fashion show, community engagement project or corporate event. With 20 years in the business, she works both freelance and for Peter Corry Productions.
Mark Walker
Mark is semi-retired and, up until recently, he was Finance Director at the international diagnostics organisation, Randox. Prior to this, Mark worked at Danske Bank in a number of senior positions including Corporate Finance.
He continues to be involved with business through advisory work and non-executive roles. Mark was appointed to the board of National Museums NI in Oct 2023 and, in addition to being a trustee, is Chair of the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee.
John McElrone
John is an Associate Solicitor in Elliott Duffy Garret’s Corporate and Banking Department.
He specialises in lending work across a range of institutional lenders and funders and advises on acquisitions, reorganisations and corporate governance across corporates, family-owned businesses, and public sector bodies, including charities.
Lisa Rea Currie
Lisa has nearly 20 years experience of working at the intersection of heritage and community.
She is a freelance heritage practitioner and researcher specialising in participation, social impact and co-design. She is currently undertaking a doctorate on ‘Social Impacts of Heritage-Led Regeneration in Carrickfergus’.
Margaret Henry
Margaret is Head of Engagement for the National Lottery Heritage Fund. She has worked in the cultural sector for over 30
years in a variety of roles involving marketing, strategic leadership and governance.
Margaret is also a qualified Executive Coach.
Conran McMullan
Conran is Consumer Insight & Experience Lead at Cancer Research UK. He is experienced in market research, market intelligence & strategy development within the charity sector.
Conran also has an academic background in Behavioural Economics & Business.
Jo Wright
Jo has worked in the music sector for over 20 years. She has held positions at The Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Digital Catapult and currently works for Invest NI. Jo is the vice chair of Safe in Sound, Chair of Innovate UK Immersive Tech Network ED&I committee, Trustee at Ulster Touring Opera and Non Executive Director of HoloEdge Digital.
Claire O’Connor
Claire is a Business Analyst within Invest NI, focusing on Corporate Reporting and Systems Development.
She has over 5 years’ experience in data analytics and visualisation, implementing data analysis techniques to derive meaningful business insights.
Emma McAleer
Emma has over 10 years’ experience working in the heritage sector.
She is a Heritage Project Coordinator with the Rural Community Network and manages the ‘HEARTH project’ which aims to amplify rural heritage and rural communities.
