Most projects take more than one day and some will require more than one staff member. We build our proposals around your needs, so total costs will vary.
It can be useful to bring an external person into the room to bounce back ideas with your team or get a pressing task done and dusted. We can structure a session based on your needs, whether you need to write a new strategy, funding application or create a new project from scratch.
We can also help with event facilitation, including coordinating logistics, managing the flow of activities, keeping participants engaged, and ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
We facilitated a two day in-person session with ISACS, Dublin Circus Project, Galway Community Circus, Cork Circus Factory, Cloughjordan Circus Club, Circusful and In Your Space Circus to brainstorm a funding application for Creative Ireland.
