Let's Talk Loyalty

You wouldn’t propose marriage to someone you’ve only gone on a few dates with, would you?

Similarly, organisations can’t jump the gun and expect their newer audience members who have come back a few times to immediately sign up as a patron - these things take time. People have to feel respected, listened to and nurtured by your organisation to become loyal until the end. There is a two-way relationship between you and your most loyal audience members. Understanding this relationship thoroughly and using this understanding to develop similar feelings of loyalty with other members of your audience is the key to increasing retention.

During the workshop we will do some exercises and discuss the following concepts:

  • What is loyalty?

  • How do we measure loyalty?

  • Loyalty Journey

  • Loyalty Spidergram

  • Next Steps

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available at this event during the break.
