Each mystery shop will start with a digital mystery-shop of your website - following a potential visitor's journey to your venue. By bringing in an outsider to your venue, you'll uncover things you can't see for yourself. We base each mystery-shop in one of your target audience personas - checking things like information provision, transport, food and drink, venue facilities, staff friendliness, displays, and programming. The end result will be practical actions that will make a real impact.
Price: £500+VAT for an audit using two audience personas. Online only is £250 + VAT. Discounts offered for multiple locations.
