Chickenshed is a long-established theatre company that specialises in inclusive theatre for the benefit of children and young people.

In 2016, half of their revenue came from earned income, such as ticket sales, subscriptions, membership schemes and education courses.

They had already done some ad hoc training for corporates, but saw an opportunity to make this into a fully fledged corporate training programme.

Ultimately, the programme started bringing in a valuable income stream, and most importantly, is something which fits their brand and contributes to their overall purpose.
