For ANI’s second podcast, former Research Intern Claire Rose Canavan looks at how you can get to know your audience without a box office or ticketing system. To do this, Claire Rose went out and interviewed two museums who took part in a pilot Visitor Profiling Project which ANI just completed in partnership with the Northern Ireland Museum Council.
